Chargers absolutely needed a punt returner.
Rd4-7 is just one big cluster.
    So pick your targeted player.
Davis was record setting 5 punt returns for TDs at TCU.
4.3 40 and 1.4 split is crazy fast.
Faster than last year PR specialist Carter.I hope he will star in his role. Return a couple for TDs in 2023.
Who has it better than us?

I'm very happy with the double dip here. Liking this draft. I see 4 contributors year one so far.

I don’t think Davis replaces either Dub or Slayer. Johnston replaces one of them though. Not sure if its 2024 or not
Davis replace DeAndre Carter and before him Andre Roberts. Ficken must have been involved in this pick somehow since that was one of the few ST weaknesses we had last year.

Or the Chiefs, or the Bengals, or the Bills, or the 49ers, or a shit load of other teams. Not sarcasm. This off-season has been a total cluster fuck. Starting with the retention of Staley and Telesco. This Draft is the result of those mistakes.

Its our new Andre Coleman meets Darren Sproles meets Deandre Carter! We always seem to have a player like this through the years. Yep way too early

Had to look him up, just watching tape. Already reposted before reading this so I’ll elaborate. Explosive get off, that’s where he gets his separation, my question would be, what’s his top speed measured by GPS?

Looks like the Chargers are going to cut MW and/or KA in 2024. Not sure what the cap hit will be but it's going to be monstrous if they keep them. QJ certainly, and Darius, probably not, possibly are replacements for 2024. We'll see.

Still some decent talent at C. I DON'T want to go into this season with Clapp at backup to Lindsley. Remember how he and Feiler teamed up to allow multiple pressures/hits on Herbie? Hope one of these dudes slots to us in round 5:

Again, the Chargers (John Spanos, Telesco), show that they believe their own evaluations, so 'value' is somewhat meaningless. I do think that Davis won't be useful as a WR at least for now, but now we have two key additions to the Special Teams with Henley (gunner) and Davis (PR/KR)

                      Not as good as Davis.

fills an immediate need and will start right away on special teams and maybe he gets a play here and there on offense too...

He's the perfect size for a kick returner, and that was what this pick was all about. He'll be the No. 6 WR. Returning kicks will be his primary role.
