I don't think Bowers makes it to 14, but I've already said that I'd trade the house for him. If we got him I think he's Herbert's missing piece. The comparative to Rivers' Gates. I don't even care who we draft after that.
Texas WR Xavier Worthy is a very good WR prospect but he is skinny. 6'1", 172 is what he is listed. We dont need a first round WR but he also had a punt return called back so he can do multiple things. Just needs to bulk up some.
I still like Brenden Rice in the 3rd or maybe 4th.
1. Mason Taylor TE LSU
2. Quinshon Judkins RB Ohio st
3. Kyle Kennard Edge So. Carolina ✓ 4. CJ West DT Indiana
5. Don'te Thornton WR Tennessee
6. Zah Frazier CB UTSA
6. Jarquez Hunter RB Auburn
6. Jay Higgins LB Iowa
6. Hunter Wohler S Wisconsin
7. Carson Vinson OT Alabama

This team needs draft picks. However they have to do it. Try trading players and trading back in the draft. Shed a lot of that cap even if there is a good amount of dead money for a couple years.
Keep the Oline together just bring in a new Oline coach like Scott Peters. He’s been Callahan’s assistant Oline coach for 3 years in Cleveland and a former NFL player himself. I would also try to bring in Stacy Searels has his assistant Oline coach.

Is RB Bucky Irving going under the radar? He has some real power for his size. Also a very patient runner and has good hands. Not to mention averaging over 6 YPC over the last 2 years.
As mcuh as I like Johnny Wilson, I would put Xavier Worthy in his place. Worthy had some questionable drops but his route running and speed is top notch. Johnny Wilson probably can be had at the the third round. I can see some teams asking him if he is willing to switch to TE and I can see him saying,"Nope, I am a WR." depending on how teams react he might be off some people's list. Plus some teams might view his size as an issue, like that "You are too tall to be a jocky" type sentiment. Not saying its true and he has proven he is functional at his size, but that might possibly be a weird but possible knock.
agree, and guessin' Wilson is likely a day two prospect.... have seen him listed as day three/round four prospect a time or coupla few as well,
(the second half of that mock gave me some problems, as guessing there are gonna be more linemen added than I have listed, but like to do them just to get a real sense of what's really the likelihood w/some of the position groups, as had slotted more than a coupla few of the CBs round/day two, and.... they may go off the board sooner than that ?)
wonder who that round three value pick @wideout is this year.... Jolt likes Brenden Rice ??
