Plus Fields is still raw and entering his 4rth year.

If all goes well, he's going to get a huge contract in 2025.
But his Oline is crap and his receiving corp is worse than the Chargers.

New England is years away from being competitive.

New England going QB is a lock unless some team gives them all their day 1 & 2 draft picks for at least a few years.

I WANT Harbaugh to take the best player available. I'm just not sure that he will at #5. As I said, we will see.
What makes people think this? It more belies their personal bias than Harbaugh's.

San Fran chose a receiver in the 1rst round during Harbaugh's 2nd draft.

what do you think they use ?? have looked @the other trade chart, and much prefer the populist version.... ??

and do recall that peoples have calculated points on trades made and that more so than not they follow the popular trade chart, and.... perhaps not so much when in QB1 territory ??

don't think that's a consensus opinion.... personally am leaning Fuaga over any of the pass catchers,

You got it wrong. All three pass catchers can be generational talent at the position. Fuaga may end up being an OG
in the NFL, a great one at that. But he's not a generational OT and you don't drafts an OG @5. All three WRs will
go before Fuaga. A couple of LTs as well, maybe even a CB or Edge guy.

Bryce Young was taken #1 overall. The only dispute was whether he'd go #1 or #2. He was certainly supposed to be the Franchise QB.
But he ran into poor coaching and no talent around him. You will never convince me that Young was not tagged as a Franchise QB.
You can say that now, but not then.

You put Maye in NE with the current situation and he's not going to succeed.

ok, duly noted.... Fuaga not a top ten talent,

do you take him @11 if we get that pick in trade w/Minny, or.... do you like Brock better ??

Given our situation yes I like Brock better. If we had kept Everett I may have a different opinion. I think Fuaga would
be a great pickup at #11. But my preference at this time is a playmaker. The simple reason, we are lacking playmakers.
BPA at position of need. That's why we are not drafting a QB @5.

@ 11 the target should be Bowers!

If Minnesota trades up to Arizona's pick and goes quarterback I think Harrison is ours.

Everett wasn't a playmaker. I think both TEs we signed are better than Everett. Adding Bowers makes it a real good unit.

Id also be good with Odunze at 11 or even Fuaga or a CB.. Still waiting to see if we do much else in FAcy.
