Picking OT at #5 is fairly crazy unless

        A) you absolutely need a left tackle for your offense
        B) Your offense already has a plethora of offensive weapons on the roster.

        Move down...int he draft

and then Move down again if you want to get a right tackle...

Tez Walker is better. Who do you think was on the other end of catching all those passes from Drake Maye...

With the news of Telesco going to Vegas, I had to put on my TT hat on and do a Raiders mock draft!

            1-13: CB Kool-Aid McKinstry
            2-44: DL T'Vondre Sweat
            3-77: OG Cooper Beebe
            4-112: LB Tommy Eichenberg

I'm not very familiar with the Raiders team needs, but that doesn't look like a Telesco draft, let me try again...

            1-13: OT JC Latham
            2-44: FS Javon Bullard
3-68: LB Marist Liufau - Notre Dame
            4-112: (used to trade up)

            I think that looks better.

TT will be reunited with his first 1st round pick Fluker, and another 1st round pick in Tillery. How strange.

I know. The Detroit Lions sure were out of their minds when they drafted like this in 2021, at a time they didn't need a left tackle--and their only weapon to throw to was T.J. Hockenson.

              • Round 3: No. 72 - Alim McNeill, DT, NC State

I'd like to hear some comparisons for Joe Alt. Personally, I see a guy who isn't that much better than Mike McGlinchy, who was a guy who, IMO, you "settle for", as opposed to a guy you "target". Guys like that don't usually come off the board in the Top 10, except to desperate teams.

PFN gave me mocks all last year that let me draft Bijan at 21. What did he really go - 8? 9?

I suppose it's my age but I think mocks are silly.

If we could get Odunze at 5, I'd take him. He killed the Ducks and Wash St. I still want Bowers but I really like Odunze - he's open all the time, he's plenty fast, and catches everything.

I don't agree that we need an OT. What we need is a Center.

What's not to like? 6 - 3, 215# and as you say, he is always open. I liken him to Keenan in that ability IMHO. But then you have Bowers......Beast is an all encompassing word for him. Both will be there at 5 I believe......quite the conundrum.

Up until now haven't you always said the reason our RB's aren't very good is because we have a bad Oline?! In the last 2 seasons has Herbert been hurt 3 times? (One of the times was on an int) but the rib injury wasn't or the other time he broke his finger) This line was constructed by TT, it needs to be rebuilt!
