Sure he could if he develops from time on the practice squad.
He is a build up speed runner who is very fast but not explosive. Needed lots of work on route stems/tree, beating press @LOS, physicality at catch point, concentration through catch point, body position along sidelines.

Wood, he was in one of my signature mocks earlier.

Excellent size, speed, explosion traits. Coulter possesses quality hands, body control, ball tracking, and concentration through congested catch point. His route stems are ugly and inconsistent, issues with physical press CBs on getting clean releases, but he has good hand fighting skills during route. Day 3 prospect with excellent physical skillset, traits, and toughness.

Elijah Bell - NCA&T - 6’ 1”- 225#
- physical receiver with RB mentality with ball in his hands. He has a nose for the end zone, strong hands that simply snatch the ball regardless of coverage, deceptive speed, decent route tree, exceptional contact balance, and has blocking chops.

Big time production 200 receptions, 3000 yards, 33 TDs for career.
Really a physical dude that has exceptional hands and catch radius while running quality routes.
