    Ballmer has done this before, attempting to buy the Sacramento Kings to move them to Seattle.

    Why would you spend $2b and then move the team to a market where it woukd be even harder to generate positive ROI? The Clippers TV deal comes up for renewal in 3 yrs, I think. That will be a huge payday. You overpay to buy into the LA market, not to leave it.

    Oh and btw, Ballmer's agreement with the NBA explicitly says tge team would stay in LA. So tgere's that.
