Could also see Green lining up more on the outside like what they've done with Gates in the past. That could mean 4 TEs being carried since our WRs are so fragile. Glad we have some RBs with good if not great receiving ability, like Rock BakerLast edited by Boltdog; 08-07-2013, 02:44 AM.Fighting for Carson...and Wilmington...ity:

Why would McCoy knowingly and openly lie about a players condition when the news would be breaking within the next few hours? It doesn't make any sense whatsoever to undermine himself. He was surely led to believe it would be OK..
If anybody watched Hard Knocks last night, I"m guessing its similar to the AJ Green thing they showed. He went down, got examined, and everybody thought he was probably OK; and they scheduled a scan just to be sure. News got to McCoy he seems to be OK. McCoy went to the press. DX got scanned. In Greens case they got lucky, in our case (of course) not so much.

Now that the first pre-season game is here, hopefully we won't have to waste bandwidth worrying about whether our coach is a liar because he didn't say the correct thing in response to a question about a player's injury.
That's why, even when I "retired", I never stopped reading the posts here. Extremely entertaining, on all fronts: sarcasm, quips, misspellings, spats, knock-down-drag-outs, feuds, etc. Oh, and some of the football posts are fun to read, too.
