2 names that probably won't be recognized by a lot fans but could end up being cheaper and likely better then many of the "big name" guys.

    1. Damon Harrison NT NY Jets. He is a TRUE NT.
    2. Kelvin Beachum OT Pitts. Guy was a stud wherever they played him on the OL.

No C? That's our top need.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

We're gonna need TEs too. Ladarius isnt always healthy, 're-signing Gates seems like the right thing to do but him staying means he'll always be starting (with little production due to age). John Phillips isnt worth his contract, neither is David Johnson. We'll need at least one from the draft/udfa AND FA

Wilkerson and/or Jackson for the D-line would be great.
          As would Berry.
Getting any one of the 3 would be a tremendous improvement to the D.

Hopefully Gates will realize that his best chance for a SB lies with just about ANY other NFL team, so perhaps he can go to a contender and get a ring. Would love to see him in Green Bay with Rogers. Just as long as he doesn't sign with the Patriots or Broncos.

The National Football Post reports the Vikings, Cowboys and Chargers have expressed interest in ex-Dolphins coach Dan Campbell.
The Dolphins' tight ends coach from 2011 to early 2015, Campbell went 5-7 as interim head man after replacing Joe Philbin. The Chargers need an offensive coordinator, a role that could suit Campbell especially if coach Mike McCoy takes over play-calling duties, as has been speculated. In Minnesota or Dallas he'd likely be a TEs coach/assistant head coach.

Not really day for this. But Chargers announce LBs coach Mike Nolan has stepped down to pursue other opportunities. Bob Babich replacement.

2016 may be the sorriest year in 'Charger' history. Will probably have no home; will probably have no fans; already have very little talent. Coaching staff is questionable, at best. Loyalty appears non-existent.
