Would like to see a team assembled that is dominant in the trenches. Just once, and let the chips fall where they may.

Look, I'm not discrediting the injuries, and I really like what TT has done so far...but just wish we would start investing multiple 1st and 2nd rounders year in and year out. Ask yourself honestly...what was the last Chargers team that was stout up front? 2006, maybe 2007? What about before that?

Gates' career is almost done. Rivers soon to follow. Don't let this go to waste.

Norval and AJ left this team completely bare. Give it another year. I'll be right there with you if we don't make progress next offseason.

It's just frustrating because it seems like we say the same thing at the end of each year for the last decade...playoffs or not. "Mighta won if we had stronger trenches." Repeat until infinity. And even when there are attempts to add talent, random bizarro shit like injuries and whatnot derail it almost instantly.

Remember, we played like butt against Miami last year then went on a win streak. This team has talent, sometimes games get away from you when match ups are bad.

1978-1979 was the last time before 2006-2007 that I felt we had a complete defense. The rule changes limiting the DBs from touching the WRs after 5 yards pretty much destroyed our secondary (only Mike Williams was athletic enough) after that, but we could still dominate the LOS with Johnson, Kelcher, Dean and Jones.

This team is far from being dominate. We dont have Bronco's money to go buy players like Demarcus Ware, Sanders and the safety they signed. Our cap wont be in good shape til next year and we have some decisions to make....like it looks like Fluker may indeed be a OG. We have a young player in Watt, and Reyes is looking like we could let him walk....we need beef on both sides of the ball.

Fine, move Fluker to guard and find a RT. Either way, we need 3 need starters on the OL and probably 2 on the DL.
