My projection. Nobody drafted this year is a first month starter. Murray starts towards end of season. KJ Hill gets a lot of snaps. Herbert starts after Bolts eliminated from playoffs.

Tough to say on Murray without the normal OTA-training camp-preseason schedule. But if I had to bet I would say he is going to be a week 1 starter.

Herbert only starts if TT is injured or if the Bolts are winless after 4 games. But to be honest, I don't think the Bolts will be eliminated from the playoffs until January.

Kelley, Reed, Hilll are all complimentary pieces, not really projected be to starters. Any of them could start though if they turn out to be exceptional. For example, if Kelley is the 2nd coming of LT. But Kelley will be a part of the rotation and get touches in week 1. Reed will return kicks and maybe punts and also get some offensive snaps. I believe Hill will also get offensive snaps in Week 1. The only way Reed or Hill becomes a starter at all this season - let a lone within the first month - is if our top of the depth chart WR corps is devastated by injuries are are COVIDed out.

Which brings up the possibility having down the depth chart players across the roster start if starters test positive....

Nabers is more versatile as a receiver and downfield blocker. If he's nearly as good or equal to Holly at the LOS, take Nabers.

I concur. Nabers can fill multiple roles and thus his value is more desirable.

You're probably right at Cincy but everyone but Herbert will play.

I'm pretty sure Murray will be starting before the bye. Maybe wk 2.

I think Tillery was hurt more last year than we know. I have a feeling he will surprise us all by seasons end. He will be a football player!

I’d imagine if he’s hurting, the height/leverage issue would be a little extra hard for him to adjust to in his rookie season, especially as the defense struggled as a whole (also adjusting to missing DJ).
I seriously doubt it to be a lack of ability.
they already identify lack of upper body strength as an issue too.
sounds like a lot of excuses but they’re reasonable.
we need to see significant improvement to justify getting starting reps and I too think we’ll see just that.
