Greg Roman. The best young OC in football.
Introducing Our Next Head Coach

Roman's style puts a lot of stress on the QB to run (or is that just because he's got Lamar?). I haven't been impressed with his work in the postseason-- 2 years and have lost first playoff game each time, with offensive looking nothing like regular season.
Seriously, what about Joe Brady? Coached Burrow at LSU his breakout year. I think he's Carolina's OC this year. He's got that offense working without McCaffrey now. Just imagine what he could do with a QB light years better than Bridgewater. Get a up and coming offensive mind before they get real hot-- let's face it, Spanoses are not going to outbid anyone for a proven head coach or the flavor de jure. Team him with an aggressive defensive coordinator, and you might have something.

absolutely thank you
I was LEADING the Greg Roman crusade last year
I have no doubt Herbert would flourish in a similar system.
what Herberts lacks in running (compared to Jackson) he makes up for with incredible passes and projected football IQ and accuracy
same goes for Bienemy
id love to have either

Y’all sleeping on sleeping on Josh McDaniels
because he isn’t the sexy name he was a few years ago
he’s matured and highly reflective of his failures in Denver, that’s help his journey
most of the league’s dominant HCs have had initial failures, Belicheat in Cleveland, Petey in NY and NE, Reid in Philly
Josh is best qualified to develop a scheme that utilizes our QBs strengthens
He has intimate knowledge of the Patriot way, the Brady mentality and is a brilliant football mind in his own right.
most impressive is what he’s done with Cam recently
not to mention he’s been around scarneccia.
this guy will always make sound ingame adjustments and good real time decisions.
