Something I posted in another thread about the hiring of Lynn that I'm sure still applies to our next head coach:

So Jr got impressed with the leadership style of Lynn, he showed strength or whatever in the interview and little Johnny D was like "thats our guy, he is a leader" because Norv and Visor kind of gave off an attitude of blandness. Hell, even at their Monday press briefings, I swear Norv and McCoy wore button down plaid type shirts - nothing with the Chargers logo. Just a button down shirt. So yes, Lynn probably was a 180 from those guys in how he interviewed.

Lynn might be a good leader, respected, demands respect but his game day coaching leaves a lot to be desired and that doesn't help with the W column.

The Spanii don't know how or what to do with/for this team. They are a fungus and only want to be fed bullshit. They got their large market and I hope it turns on them and exposes them in the greatest, most public manner possible. Worst loss in franchise history! I can't believe this team is worth a penny more than it was in SD. Shame on them!

Based on location/market and a new stadium, I am willing to bet they are already worth quite a bit more than they ever were in SD.

Which makes it a perfect time for them to sell!

I believe I had read somewhere that something like 11 Spanii work for the Chargers - what would they do if the team were sold?

Who cares, but they will get millions from the sale. Im sure some are Daughters and Sons of some of them answering phones or something easy. They can do that anywhere. Would do them good to get a real job away from family.
