Is everyone aware that Anthony Lynn does not address the team before a game? Because Anthony Lynn is a glorified gym teacher.
We were expecting half-time adjustments, when this current coach doesn't even address the team and the owner's kid is picking the players to boot? SPANOSBALL
Baby Spanos making player moves playing Spanosball:
We are aware now. Wow. I would have never guessed that. What does this guy think his job is? You get 16 chances a year to put the best team on the field you can. He acts like it's another day at the office.
Right? I am still reeling from the fact that I have been cheering this on while the team has lost 21 of their last 29 games.
right now the John & Dean show is a travesty, and... could turn into a tragedy (recall Marty unnecessarily playing Brees in the final game coz Marty has contract incentives on the line)
the problem is these Dlinemen are not out for a TFL or sack, they are out to hurt and in some cases maim, our QB.
Herbert is not happy.... he took a lotta grief from his HC @the outset, despite gifting us w/an off the charts debut and multiple follow ups, and did his best to take his coach's digs in stride.
he really took a beating last weekend and can't see how he's looking forward to this weekend.... the cool hand Luke is not his natural demeanor.... he is a lighthearted easy going guy @heart.
this is not his comfort zone w/AL as his overseer, as am not sure nor convinced that Justin's health is too much of a concern to our HC, and that he has more pressing concerns than that.
the air is out of the tire, the wind out of the sail, there is no reason to continue to proceed w/Anthony Ray.... his ship has sailed and every day out from here is torment not only to the fans, but the players as well.
there is damage being done to this organization due to the neglect and inaction of the Spanos.... indecision breeds misfortune, indecision breeds missed fortunes.
the writing is on the wall.... do not let what happened to Joe Burrow happen to your prize new rookie franchise QB.

well said...... hard for anyone besides Lynn and spanos to disagree.....

We were all wrong about George Stewart - after seeing Sundays fiasco I'm thinking Stewart wasn't as bad as we thought.
If you look at some of these mistake like the block FG vs Patriots. It is so awful. #82 tried to block both the inside and outside at the same time and blocked neither. No coach on the planet would teach that. And the most basic thing ever is inside gap priority. He completely failed to do his job. But his job is so obvious because it never changes no matter the coach. His job is to seal the inside. You should not need a coach to explain that. I seriously have no clue why #82 would make a token effort on his obvious priority on the play and then look to find the outside guy. Even if the End is going to rock back to that gap, # 82 is the wing. He job is to seal inside. I do blame coaching a bit. But also I think the coaches themselves are thinking what the heck are you doing #82 that is not how we teach it. That is not how anyone teaches it.
# 82 has bounced around the league on practice squads. Was waived by Patriot's in 2018 and Telesco picked him up. If BB doesn't want you that should be a sign to Telesco that he is a dumb player. Belicheat doesn't like dumb players. Dumb players make dumb mistakes. Like screwing up your assignment on FG.
Also, if Virgil Green was healthy, then #82 is not even on the active roster.
I'm still putting more blame on Telesco for where this team is at right now. Any reason he couldn't have added a Charles Clay to the depth chart. He is 31 and had 110 starts. Have a feeling he doesn't blow that assignment if he is on the wing. Not to mention you have veteran with plenty of experience as depth.
Nope, we have a guy who has barely played and keeps getting waived, but he out there on the wing failing to make his block.
