And still had devastating injuries to key people on the team. Super motivator, probably, but probably replaceable. He did motivate JH into getting rid of his mop for a hair cut tragedy.

They are interviewing 12 coaches.
Don't team usually have that list at about 5 or so?

Yes, they do. 10-12 is ridiculous. Not sure what they are trying to convey and hope it is not because they don’t have a solid idea already who the top 2-3 candidates are.

agree and yes they should have pre-qualified traits/experience they want in a guy. This tells me they have zero qualifications.
