    His takes are solid.

Scot McCloughan is a talent eval extraordinaire. Love to have McCloughan. A football man.

I'm noticing that Toub isn't a hot interview.

If you look at the history of the Chargers - experience does matter.
If you want new and exciting, you don’t go with old and stale. We’ll see what he brings in an interview(meaning TT).
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Me neither on Brady...Daboll has been around longer, took his knocks, failed, then succeeded.
The TPB makes plans....And Jim Harbaugh laughs...

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB, Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

Remember, AG has got to be able to sell tickets. What John has assembled sucks, it shows on AG's face. And on John's parents' faces.

IMO, If I'm AG Spanos, I'm arguing that John is a fuckin' idiot and Dave Toub isn't the kind of hot name, my department needs, to drive ticket and suites sales.

But he is a Broncos guy. I was just wondering his ties to us. I'm looking for a reason to be hopeful lol

Best way to sell tickets is put a winning team on the field. Don’t consider anything else, and especially ignore the ESPN talking heads blathering on about everything but ability.

The Chargers will be a hot ticket in LA if they go "Showtime" on offense. Daboll is the answer!

Again, Joe was not the OC @ LSU. He was the passing game coordinator and did not call plays.

All the punditry I read and watch lists the Chargers as the most attractive position, more so than the Jags. Mike Florio rates it Chargers, Jaguars and Jets. He opines if he were one of the hotter coaching prospects he wouldn't even look at the Texans, Falcons or Lions, due cap problems, lack of picks, too many roster holes and ambiguity about the power structure in those organizations.

Story just broke Chargers may have interest in Urban Meyer. Has anyone heard if the Chargers plan to interview Jim Harbaugh? Anything on if Bill Belichick is interested?

Or does it look like the Bills OC is the #1 choice?
