I'm sure the seagals could not help themselves from their rat like nature in scavaging the chirps vendor trash in and around the landfill er stadium site. You know how they love trash and shitting on the glass covering the suites in the design photo!
I wonder if Kroenke can sell the land to the Chargers to make the Charger claim valid enough to get an overpriced stadium in San Diego?
Prediction: Correct: Chargers CI fails miserably. Fail: Team stays in San Diego until their lease runs out in 2020. (without getting new deal done by then) . Sig Bet WIN: The Chargers will file for relocation on January 15.

the Chargers won't be offered an "overpriced" stadium in San Diego, but CSAG seems intent on delivering a reasonable modern replacement for QComm.
Just occurred to me what the REAL end game is here. New stadium deals get signed in St. Louis, San Diego and Oakland. The NFL announces they have accepted Kroenke's proposal for Inglewood- BUT- they won't let him move the Rams. Instead, they will do what they were resisting until now which is award an expansion franchise to Los Angeles. It will be balanced out by a 2nd expansion team in London that has been in the works for some time. Kroenke will sell the Rams to the highest bidder for probably $2 Billion and the NFL lets him have the new LA franchise for $1-1.5 Billion. The Chargers are awarded a weighted % of the expansion fee to compensate for any "lost market share" in LA and the LA team will be in the NFC.
Everybody wins and makes money out the wazoo
