These are my top 5 guys I want to spend their entire careers as Chargers: .1 Keenan Allen, 2. Justin Herbert, 3. Joey Bosa, 4. Derwin James, 5. Austin Ekeler. Just missing the list, because I wanted to keep it to 5, is Mike Williams. Rashawn Slater and Asante Samuel might make it onto that list, but they are rookies and it's wait and see with them. I might have to expand the list.

It all comes down to money and production for me. Marrying a team with a player is how you end up a bad team. I would like each of those players to spend the majority of their productive years as chargers. Once the pay grade is way above their production I hope it's someone else's problem.

Yep...squeeze him for playbook info for a week or so, then cut him...then sign another player from the PS of a tough team in an upcoming game...didn't Belicheat do this a lot?

The entire team is in the meetings for both offensive, defensive and ST game plans. Not silo’d into their separate rooms. Interesting approach.
