Stanley is like a captain of a sinking ship while he is rowed off in a yacht by the family. This organization is a joke

If they are going to keep Staley as HC I'm out. The lack of 2nd half offense in the JAX meltdown was only half the story. The rest of the story is the defense falling apart - just like it did under Lynn when the Chargers built leads - and that is because of the team culture, which Staley has perpetuated instead of changing. A petulant Bosa slamming his helmet to the turf, drawing a foul, Staley picking it up, and Bosa slamming it down again. After earlier Bosa lined up offsides and negated a great defensive play that could've saved the game for the Chargers and then drawing a personal foul for mouthing off to a ref. The culture needs to change. These things do not happen to teams on teams that are well-coached and disciplined. It would not happen if Brian Daboll were coach.

I'm out. I can't stomach another season of Staley. I hope Herbert's career is not wasted.

They are keeping Staley and Telesco for 2023. Which means, to me, they will be fired in 2024 as Dean lacked the spine to do it yesterday. I'm going to hang around to see if my suspicions on Frank Reich being hired as OC and the interim head coach in-waiting, is realized.

I think your bullshit meter is functioning perfectly, I'm seeing the same thing. I'm also a free agent at the start of the new calendar year and I'm looking to follow a club that doesn't have the owner's kid making the draft picks. Point #2 is, Bosa clearly doesn't respect Staley either. That makes three of us, brother.

Why are we not bringing in a DC to call the plays our D was at the bottom and if they would have played well we would of won easy in this last game??, You mean to tell me STALEy is going to call the plays again with a DC that just watches?

to be fair, the chargers have not been ‘undisciplined’ under staley…a lot of this falls on joey, take joey out of that game and who else behaved unprofessionally? He’s a seven year veteran who also happens to be a team captain…his behavior was a fucking disgrace and I don’t give a shit about how many calls he thought the refs missed, the refs missed calls on their side too and the jags did some whining but kept at least kept their composure…

now that lombo is out, they need to hit a home run on the OC, especially since he might be the interim head coach by mid season…

Those mugs can’t change their stripes, no matter what market they’re in…you have owners that get a power trip out of undermining their coaches and their GMs…I’ve been saying this for years, until the ownership changes, the chargers will continue to be an organization the no one respects…
