No he won't be back with that record. He would love to come here, according to the various rumors but I'll believe it when I see it. I would not overlook the Bears making a big push for Harbaugh.

I'm not advocating for him .I just think this is what Spanos will do .He'll come cheap and they'll use the excuse of keeping Herbert in a familiar system

I am going to say the same thing about Kellen Moore as I would Ben Johnson, Evero, Shane Waldron that I thought of Arthur Smith, Joe Brady and yes, Brandon Staley - I agree - nothing in their past suggests they would be a good head coach for the Chargers

Hire somebody that has been a head coach or a guy like Arians or Zimmer that had a lot of experience - both good and bad experience. Just not all peaches and cream - but getting kicked in the g'nads and having to come back from that.
