I had Goldwire edging out Cortez Broughton on the 53. Now it looks like the DL group’s gonna be:
Jones, Tillery, Joseph, Covington, Fehoko, Broughton. Don’t see them keeping more than 6.

Ogbongbemiga’s still the favorite as this year's UDFA keeper. He’ll need to prove it on ST, but he seems like the type of player than make a contribution.

It is all coming into focus.

My intuition says Proehl’s ahead of both. He’s been contributing in the passing game AND returning punts and kicks. I’ve always wondered why Reed doesn’t return punts. Does he have trouble fielding the ball? Is he not shifty enough? Mental blockage? It’s all very mysterious.

If Proehl shows out in the preseason games, he’s a lock.

The guys from the Guilty as Charged podcast said he caught so many balls today that they lost count. Also said he’s been the #1 returner on both punts and kicks. I think he can be a crafty lil WR, too, if he gets the chance.

Yep...I'd MUCH rather have a backup like Proehl as a returner than Adderley...even though Adderley is capable, I want to keep his legs fresh...

i keep wondering why they dont try making Reed as a RB/WR...... he weigh's 225 and is fast and his best skill in college was KR and running end arounds and reverses.....
