(A quick technical question: how does one rep another from a smart phone? Do I have to use Tapatalk? Do I have to be on a laptop? have Tapa on my phone, but rarely use it - I guess because I'm just not familiar with it...)

If you want to rep from your phone, go down to the bottom of the first page and choose "full site". You'll get a page just like at home. Rep like you always do.

To get back to mobile view go back down to the bottom of the first page, and you'll see a button in the bottom left corner. Scroll down to mobile default.
