POLL: Is it Time to Fire Lombardi?

Pathetic play calling in that beat-down by the Donks. Fangio's D pretty much totally smothered our short pass game, and ground game. Only about 4-5 pass attempts over 10 yards. U might as well fly a white surrender flag. No long pass plays to either Guyton or Mike Will even dialed up. Oh, I get that Herbie got pressured, but just roll him out left to buy some time and send Guyton on a go route down the left sideline...how tough is THAT to call? Sorry, Lombo has to go...

You guys torture yourselves. There is ZERO chance Lombardi gets fired this year. None at all. We could lose out and he won't get fired. He is Staley's guy and isn't going anywhere.

17 rushes to 44 passes -72 % passing. That is not a recipe for success on the road.

Our RBs rushed 13 times for 36 yards. The pass O wasn't good, but the run O was worse.

That's why we need to dial up the long ball on occasion...pass sets up the run...

You can't abandon the run like that regardless. Design Herbert runs or WR sweeps . There is a low win success rate of passing over 65% on the road let alone 72%

Again, Herbert was running for his life on short passes - not sure trying to go deep is a recipe for success against that D.

Roll Herbie out left and keep Ekkie in to block Kelemete's man he's sure to whiff on...

Change Lombardi to Telesco when the season ends

Team has cap space and draft picks - don't give Polian Jr another chance to eff it all up

Time to start considering firing Telesco.

The Palmer, McKitty, Nieman, & Roundtree selections were all luxury picks.
They guy fiddles while the team burns.

EXACTLY!!! This isn't Lombardi's fault. Honestly can't understand people castigating Lombardi when he's doing all he can to keep Herbert standing. If Herbert went free-lance like much of last season he'd get killed. There was a lot of luck with Herbert's health last season. No doubt.
