Jacoby Jones looks used up. He's done nothing in preseason. I've posted elsewhere, but I think he's gone. Either thator they're protecting him as an old guy during preseason. Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

Not a bad call. No. 8 seems to have more "hops" in his step on returns.Prediction:

Jones, Jacoby -Lock
Allen, Torrence - Haven't seen nothing from him
Davis, Titus- intriguing
Herndon, Javontee- flashed quickness and ST ability
Inman, Dontrelle- see comments above
Pettis, Austin - Veteran presence big body
Williams, Tyrell - Very intriguing small sample size, few drops, but has the height, speed and seems to get open (Malcom Floyd replacement after he retires possibly)

Update after 3 pre-season games Three locks for sure
Allen, Keenan -Lock
Floyd, Malcom -Lock
Johnson, Stevie -Lock
Williams, Tyrell - Very intriguing small sample size, few drops, but has the height, speed and seems to get open, and special teams gunner(Malcom Floyd replacement after he retires possibly) he looks like hes going to make the team
Jones, Jacoby - hasn't shown much and doesn't look explosive and Herndon is explosive and can do what Jacoby does and is younger and cheaper
Herndon, Javontee- flashed quickness and ST ability see above
Inman, Dontrelle- ???? Concussion and has he done enough his completion may be Pettis
Pettis, Austin - Veteran presence big body but he isn't a difference maker
Allen, Torrence - Haven't seen nothing from him next cut
Davis, Titus- Cut 8/30
We keep 6 who will be the last three?
I think Williams, Jacoby, and Inman
I don't think they cut Jacoby being that he was just signed but if they did it would be Williams, Herndon, and Inman

WR Depth
I think Williams makes it and the surprise to watch out for will be Herndon over Jacoby. Then again Herndon still has PS eligibility and his chances are much lower to get claimed than tyrell. To me tyrell is on the team.
Pettis hasn't really done anything in games. Every time he catches a ball it's for like 7 yards and a DB is usually draped all over him.
