I don’t expect the team to do a trade. We need to do some soul searching in the mirror. But coaches need to draw up some magic with back up players. Earn that money as a coach. If you’re saying that 4th downs need to be in your best player, throw the ball, no more runs.

We expect players to step it up, but really missing 5 to 7 pro bowlers, that’s a tall task.

I just want our offensive line to play up to their talent level. Everything works then.

IIRC, on rushing plays the bolts have the least amount of yards before contact of any team in the NFL. A newer, better back doesn’t fix that.

A good run game starts with the OL, not a bigger back. Our backs are often hit before they even get back to the line of scrimmage. Our OL needs to do a better job of creating openings.
