Believe me, there have been multiple times where Telesco was right and I was wrong about a player. Everybody misses on draft picks from time to time.

I have discussed Palmer being a reach, which is a fact, not anything about Palmer being good or bad.

Palmer had some pretty good flashes last year.
It's enough for me to not draft WR in the first 5 rounds.

Its all subjective and opinionated talking heads get it wrong all the time. Nobody knows the truth on the team boards. Anything anybody puts out there isnt fact….its opinions. So who cares if some analyst sees something wrong with a guy like Herbert or DJ and they would have let them slide. Value is based on team fit and personality. Ive hired more off great personality than off peoples stats and by golly i have had some awesome hires that others would have passed on….their loss, my gain.

i trust their process. No team is perfect nor candidate though….take two to tango to make it good.

He had very advanced route running skills as a rookie. I just know that Palmer is going to do whatever it takes to have a strong camp and chemistry with Herbert. Palmer basically saves us a late round WR project pick this year.
