One of the draft boards that I use as a guide during the spring pre-draft had Spiller graded as the #2 RB in his class. So he has talent, and maybe, I hope, it will show up this season. Chargers fans would appreciate it.

      Well - he will certainly have his opportunity . . . . . . . other than Ek we've got a bagful of JAG's . . . . .

They say in their RB overview that spiller ran a 4.45? Did he do that at his pro day because on his profile it shows a 4.63.

All the stuff I watched on him and his tape doesn’t look to be 4.45 speed. Idk seems odd

Quality control at that website is bad...they put in estimated numbers early in the process that are wildly speculative...and when actual combine or pro day results become available, they often don't update to the more accurate records...they will often estimate height and weight, and fail to change them, even when there are sizable differences.
The TPB makes plans....And Jim Harbaugh laughs...

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

Surprised he got such few looks last year. Was he hurt? Couldn't grasp the playbook?

Would be great if he could emerge as the workhorse back.

JAG isn’t generous nor is it PC - Kelley solidly proved he’s a JAG - no asterisk needed there
Spiller is likely JAG with upside potential to decent. that just means the OL has to block … Moore knows how to design rushing attacks imo, and I expect the OL is also better with Feiler gone, Salyer at OG and Slater back. Ergo - they WILL have better rush performance in 2023. go ahead and book it, Dano.

what else is on your worry list, we can knock these all down by lunchtime. Hugs!

Nonetheless, Spiller is considerably faster than his 4.63 Pro Day time. I've read he was clocked in the 4.4's at some point during his college career.

I have seen some of Spiller tape, he has not get NFL speed. Hope he will be better than what we have but he is not an answer. Next year we will draft anoher RB.
