Oggie: C (still kind of incomplete)
    Salyer: A (an unexpected surprise)
Ja'Sir: C (still incomplete, burned earlier this year, making some plays lately)
    Leonard: C+ (still incomplete)
Horvath: B (decent blocking when called upon)
Ja'Sir won them the Denver game. He's already an improvement to last year's backups,
Oggie was raw coming out of UCLA at a position that takes more time to develop in the NFL than any other: Derrick Brown is finally coming on.
He has made a few plays.
Spiller had a few nice carries last week.

Woods is an F- so far

Jamaree did great work with former long time Bengals OL Coach Paul Alexander.

In preparation for the new job, college pass pro techniques had to be unlearned, and proper NFL pass pro techniques firmly established.

Round 6. Midseason installation to starting lineup. Unheard of zero sacks allowed

You are kidding me. This is Bakhtiari level stuff.

      A++.
      Props to Jamaree/Coach Paul.
      We play modern Harball.

Please, don't waste him as a guard when Slater comes back. This guy should be the anchor right tackle, so we can have two All-Pros as the respective bookends. Pipkins can be LG, I think he'd be above average, if not Pro Bowl level as a guard. It's just much harder to find a great tackle in the latter rounds of the draft, Salyer being the exception. I'd hope they find a Center as well this upcoming draft that's a true Center in a pro-style offense on the collegiate level. Hopefully, in round 3, there may be one of those gems.

In a few years, it's going to be hard to re-sign Salyer. Even if we move him to right tackle when Slater returns, other teams now know he can play left tackle. Someone will offer him left tackle money, and we may lose him for a comp pick. But that's a nice problem to have in three and a half years (or maybe longer, if we franchise him). We might even be able to trade him to a team needing a left tackle, like the Ravens did with Orlando Brown Jr., who picked up a 1st round pick from the Chiefs for him. But it's great to know that for the next few years, we have two players capable of playing the all-important left tackle position at a high level.

Yep...what a steal Salyer is turning out to be...one more point: If we're going to double dip for an O-lineman in the mid to late rounds, I'd rather draft someone like Salyer who played for a big time, championship-level program, who is more pro-ready, than someone from a second or third-rate program that is a probable long-term project...
                22 - TE Mason Taylor
                55 - RB Quinshon Judkins
                86 - DL Josiah Stewart
                125 - G Dylan Fairchild
                158 - C Jake Majors
                181 - WR Donte Thornton

Don't see any Golden Domer O-linemen worth taking in 2023...now if someone like OT Zion Nelson of Miami is there in round 6, I might pull the trigger...then we can have Twin Zions on the line...

Salyer and Slater are already looking like the best OL we've drafted ever. Gonna think pipkens wont be signed and we'll go for another guard in free agency as well as another draftee. Telesco now needs to go searching for a replacement for Linsley

sign Pipkins now. He has shown enough and could extend cheap.

                          Agree on Linsley replacement
