I was a fan of all of those but I suspect you’d get push back on 3 of those as legit star level players

Cro wasn't a star in 2006 & JWall was no longer a star in 2007.

Huh. Not really sure what I'd expect him to say about a current teammate, other than what he did. I mean, his options *are* a bit limited. lol

I *so* want to believe that Linsley is being forthright, though, because... it would mean we can expect a huge improvement on the defensive front that will ripple back into the second and third levels, opening doors for guys to make big plays.

To be fair he went against some pretty good IDL in practices in GB. I’m sure there’s a measure of talking up his teammate, but he definitely has a good frame of reference.

IMO, Zion Johnson was selected almost exactly where he had been forecasted to go. There was a small chance he'd be off the board by the 17th pick, but that wasn't the expectation at all.

Zion was the guy I *hoped* the Chargers would get, because I'm in the "Priority #1: Protect Herb" crowd, and ZJ looked like an ideal candidate to do that job well. I'm geeked for the opportunity to see him in some scrimmage action.
