I meant our 2020 pass offense. (2020, 2021, 2022 run offense all suck...)

Lombardi is an obvious out. There is nothing salvageable about him, plenty of us said the same the day he was hired here and he has proven what I stated from day one -- he will inevitably cost us games and likely cost Staley his job with poor play calling and overall offensive game planning and scheme. There isn't anyone left to defend him, even the most ardent apologists don't see a future with him managing Herbert and constructing this offense.

Staley needs to humble himself because his defense of preference sucks. He just keeps wanting to go back to what doesn't work -- he may think there is some genius in his system, but more and more it points to insanity.

It's like watching John Pagano's defenses from what I can remember in the last decade.

I am not sure the Chargers can continue with Lombardi, Telesco or Staley. How do you truster them?

Add in when it was 3rd and 2 at the 22 with 8:51 on the clock - Staley puckered up. He needed to make that two down territory, work the clock more and get the lead to 17. Run the damn ball twice
