On a hopeful note, I thought I heard Staley saying in one of his interviews after Sunday in regards to getting Herbert moving more, that they need to do more of it

Really need Slater back as Salyer seems he may be hitting the rookie wall.

The guy has been roundly destroyed in every single third quarter since week five, but has the most talented quarterback to ever play for the franchise to bail him out more often than he doesn't. It is insanely frustrating to imagine Herbert with someone who can put together a solid game plan and adjust it at the half.
His performance is sickening. It's hard to watch the Chargers play offense until they are forced to open up because of factors like the clock or score.
They win in spite of him.Last edited by BearWithJetpack; 12-18-2022, 07:26 PM.

Against a better team come playoff time that isnt riddled with injuries it will have to be much better. There was a chance to put that game away with a solid drive. Not 3 and out in 14 seconds to give the ball right back to Tennessee.
That was not a good offensive performance today. We were lucky the Titans roster is decimated.
