Ive been supporting the Charger product for years. Selling it even. Promoting it. Building online communities where fans can come together and support our beloved team. Spent hours and hours trying to keep the hope and faith alive in those communities during the dark times. Ive literally written novels in support of the Chargers. Ive always been a glass half full guy with this team. Always looked to the future and tried to instill hope in the fans that share my love of this team.
But this year the ownership should be ashamed. They made moving to LA the story-line of this season. The focus was never on the players. Winning didnt even seem like it was important. This team at the top....the front office....the coaches...they mailed in in a long time ago. And its had a devastating effect on the players desire and will to battle. I dont think our players even care to train professionally. Just half assed attempts at trying to do the bare minimum. Its shows. These guys are soft. They are out of shape. They are fragile. They have no fight. They have no bark. They dont give a shit. Oh yea and most importantly.....they suck at football. Im tired of mediocrity being the status quo. You can tell when a team isnt even playing for pride. This team is gutless and it starts at the top. Coaches wont be fired. We will continue to see that ownership is perfectly fine with being mediocre.
Im sad man. I want my team to put in the same amount of work i do being a fan. I wish they would meet me half way. Selfish pricks.
