The Chargers aren't the only ones going through relocation misery. The Rams and Raiders are in the same boat and are playing competitive football. Both have a 4-4 record and still maintain a home field advantage. Its the culture, from the Front Office down to the locker room. This team lacks identity, lacks leadership and lacks will. It all starts at the top, IMO, and until the Spani sell the team they will not win a Championship.

Nah seriously the only way out of the San Diego professional sports mess is for a local to step up and buy the Chargers (or Padres). Only then will they put product above profits.

Best thing to ever happen to the Seahawks was getting bought by Paul Allen - a native son of Seattle who consistently puts his city above team, and in return the city loves him and supports the team 100%.
