I don't have a problem with Rumph as depth. One more rusher would certainly help.

I absolutely have no clue how Norton is even on the roster as even a backup.

Thats my point about Rumph - I think I would have made him your 4th edge player. They say Van Noy is pseudo depth but he is also a LB

The only problem is, if they hire Payton, guess who he will probably keep around as OC?

It doesn't matter. Our DC and OC is an extension of Staley who is a former QB and he is the person who hired this OC.

Our OC is fine and we will win more games than lose with his playcalling IF during these games Herbert has a high completion percentage. This is a huge key to winning these games, when Herbert completes most of his passes, we win. When he doesn't we usually lose. The Raiders game he was 26 completions 34 attempts. Win. Jags game 25 completions 45 attempts. Loss. Its that simple and he's that good.

Since Lombardi is running the Sean Payton offense, I'm not sure why people think what we are doing will be massively different if Payton is our HC as far as offensive philosophy.

does anyone really think bringing in Sean Payton would just be a reboot of what we have? I believe HELL NO! He's a winning coach with proven abilities and will run the O properly instead of lomBADi theorizing how the O is supposed to be. and he is head and shoulders, and everything else, above stalechips as a HC. MAN I'm SOOOO DISGUSTED after yesterday's game. I cant even talk shit to my raider fan friends.
