I'm on vacation mode, idk if I even WANT to watch this replay.
I want to out of obligation but am dreading it.
from all accounts, it looks pretty straightforward
We are vulnerable and cannot adjust to injuries.
we make bad personnel decisions and depend on Herbert
Much the same way we did his predecessor.
Got it.

Cully (Texans in 2021): Double Digit Loss 0-1
Pederson Destructive Loss (Jax 2022) 0-1
Harbaugh (Ravens 2021) Destructive Loss 0-1
Andy Reid (KC 2021- and 2022) 1-2
Staley Total against ANDY REID SYSTEMS: 1-5
Will email John and Dean now.
Told them:
*Get advice from several, proven SUCCESSFUL winning football people or sell the team.
*Stop listening to WORDS (ie...Salesman Staley, Mike McCoy and his being impressive with massive amount of notes he brought to interview, or good guy Lynn), and look at ACTIONS (Sean Payton Won SB, Proven). At least look at successful lineage:
ANDY REID - tree (see above). Pederson would have been a good hire!
PARCELLS - Sean Payton (WHO IS AVAILABLE), Belicheck (from his tree).Last edited by jox g; 09-26-2022, 07:52 AM.

Lots of people on here called the Jags overrated pre game cuz they beat the Colts 24-0 and always beat the Colts. But those people just weren’t paying attention. The Jags did what I always said the chargers had to do—hire a HC who has won before. And yesterday Pederson put on a clinic

So they hired Norvous - mixed results
McCoy Lynn and Staley - all learning on the job
But thats what the Spanii want - they don't ever want another "Marty" as head coach
