If they still looked like the team we saw in the first two games I'd agree with you. The truth is they don't look like the same team. The injuries have ruined them and now we may have lost Mdub. I was really hopeful for this year's team after the off-season moves but it doesn't look good now. Realistically, I can't expect to be around next year so considering what's happened this year, I'm feeling pretty low regarding the Chargers.

10 games to go, we need 6 more Ws. It doesn't seem likely but is not impossible.

Dude tore his groin and had to find a certain specialist to be able to even do the procedure.

I wouldn't count on him being back this year, and if he is, will be severely limited. It's not like you just toss him back in after a significant injury like that and just expect plug-and-play results.

TT is averted to big mid seasons moves, but he's gonna have to do something for the offense if he wants to spark something positive.

Im still shaking. Just not sure if i will ever get behind Staley. Best player on this team is Herbert. Thinking Lombardi was enough to maximize our prized QBs skillset was a mistake. Im ok with a defensive guru...but my goodness shouldnt the D be performing better? The things we did for this coach and his defense were immense. Im tired of throwing shit at it. Just surroudn JH with the right people and players please. Do what we have to do to maximize his potential. No more amateur hour with this QB. He deserves the best.

If your team is winning the game do you care how they scored the points? If the team is 4 and 3 they are a winning team. You can’t get all worked up over how they are a winning team. I mean you can but it’s pointless. If they come out in week 9 and wreck their next opponent everyone will act like they’re super bowl bound because fans are mercurial and don’t understand that it’s 1 game at a time and it’s a long season.

What a silly argument. Yes, I care *how* they win games. Especially who they beat and how they operate in so doing. Because championship teams are those that can gut it out with good strategy, adaptability, consistency, and execution of the fundamentals. What I’ve seen this year is not that. They’re 0.571 and trending down. And in consideration of 2021, Staley’s Chargers are now 13-11. I’m not demanding that you agree with me. But I am not buying what you or Staley are selling.

I've always said it's 100% criminal to have a guy like Herbert and then have.....Lombardi as his OC. So anticlimactic.

Like even the biggest Lombo fluffers around here would agree that it's a huge disservice to Herbert.

Brandon Staley continues to disappoint me even with all the injuries. This team just doesn't play with whole lot of passion and fire until the game is out of reach. I hope that the team doesn't wait 2 more seasons before moving on.
