For this to be of value, it must be an independent study not influenced by anyone in the franchise. I can't see this happening with the Spanos family already embedded in the decision making process. They might not like the results.

Certain posters have intentionally distorted and misquoted my infrequent posts and I don't like it.

If we are going to intelligently discuss the state of the Chargers, it is a given that injuries are a factor.

IMV Staley and Lombardi have a solid offensive model, and injuries to weapons, not to mention bookends, have reached critical mass.

For reasons unknown, posters have a strong need to blur venting with solid football takes, and it is to all our detriment at Chargerdom.

We SHOULD be talking about next man up, but we are clearly not.

I'm not here to say fire Brandon Staley or Joe Lombardi or Renaldo Hill, as the Chargers' root issues are not coaching but in player depth. If we had any depth, we'd be talking about our good fortune instead of posters like myself implying the owner's kid is making the draft picks.

I have no complaints about the defense.

But Lombardi? Hell no. Lombardi himself said he was too conservative in two games we lost.
