If that is so, then every team that has managed to beat us this year is, at the least, a playoff hopeful, this late in the season...2026 Post combine Sig Mock 2.0

2. Gabe Jacas Edge Illinois
3. Jalon Kilgore DB South Carolina

That article is wrong about being able to challenge the spot of the ball.Originally posted by Air Coryell 84 View Post
I wish they’d make any play or call reviewable by challenge. According to this: https://sports.nbcsports.com/2022/02...f%20a%20player
it says any play involving the sideline is able to be challenged (Keenan Allen out of bounds BS call)
Then it also mentions that a challenge can NOT be made involving the spot of ball (Colts challenge by Jeff Saturday when he was clearly short of the first down marker) and not only did they review it they reversed it. Totally bogus.
Do the refs pick and choose what rules they choose to enforce or allow? The contradictions of their own rules is idiotic.

I was only originally commenting on the second half of wu’s comment regarding Lombardi in my reply. I just added my thoughts on the first part of wu’s comment in the 2nd paragraph to you in post 1017Originally posted by Xenos View Post
You said both in your quote, which was a response to Wu talking about Staley and Lombardi in his original post. Unless that was a typo.

I know I've heard a ref say, on numerous occasions, "<team> is challenging the ruling that the runner was stopped short of the 'line to gain'."Originally posted by Xenos View PostThat article is wrong about being able to challenge the spot of the ball.
That's challenging the spot of the ball.

That’s bullshit! The whistle should’ve blown and the O’lineman grabbing rumph from behind flagged, foles wasn’t going anywhere, they want these guys to not be two rough on the QBs then blow the fucking whistle! Whatever happened to “in the grasp” ?Originally posted by Xenos View Post
He unfortunately didn’t finish so Morgan Fox got the sack instead.
…so instead foles takes a needless shot from fox who gets rewarded with a bullshit sack? Something wrong with that…"The author assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the content of this post. The problem is, once a play is called dead, most players stop playing. You can run with the ball forever if no one is chasing you.Originally posted by Air Coryell 84 View Post

That’s one of my problems with not-Vince. Spread the receivers out. Spread the defenders out. Make the D cover the whole field.Originally posted by Fouts2herbert View Post
if you look at the play design on Herbert's interception, both KA and everett ran into the same window in the zone coverage, how the fuck are you supposed to clear out space when EVERYONE is running a 5-7 yard fucking route?!Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

He was obviously aiming for shoulder, and at the last minute, he even tries to lean his helmet in to avoid helmet to helmet, and have the impact happen on the shoulder/side, where he was aiming....a mistake, but not a dirty play.
Right after the hit, he was tapping his shoulder, to show the refs that he was aiming at the receiver's shoulder.
