If the Bengals win tonight and next week and KC loses to the Raiders (don't laugh), Cincy wins the top seed.

Watching Bengals and Bills, Denver is a must win game

It's not if the Ravens lose to Cincy we still get the 5th seed. I'm rooting for Cincy tonight. If they beat the Bills, Cincy will play the Ravens in the
early game. That means we will know if our game means anything before or early on. On a very different and serious note a serious injury just happened to
one of the Bills safety. They are administering CPR.

It’s not the players on the Chargers all grew up in SoCal and never played in cold weather. Mack played at Buffalo, Bosa at Oh State, Ekeler in Colorado and Herbert in Oregon. Linsley was a packer for gods sakes.

Yeah, i agree with that point too. I still remember Mack’s bowl game - Buffalo played against San Diego State in the Potato or some such bowl. SDSU kicked Buffalo’s ass, for the record - completely neutralized Mack the entire game . But my point was I thought cold weather teams hold their practices in indoor facilities during bad winter months so they can get all of the needed work accomplished. Buffalo doesn’t go out and practice if its 10 degree blustery snowy weather all week to gain a climatic advantage and cleat s********, they practice inside to do all the necessary work to fully prepare for the other team and they select cleats on game day by putting some on and running outside a bit. Anyone know on that?

Meanwhile - injuries mount - horrifying event to Damar Hamlin requiring CPR … prayers to the young man and his family. injuries like this do not happen to players that don’t play. Word to the wise regarding how important 5 vs 6 is … never mind the knuckleheads that everyone want to go an extra 1000% to beat the crap out of Denver “just because”. Could not be a dumber reason than that.

Gotta be smart, not macho. Beating Denver based on feelings about Denver means nothing. How much did we see in the offense on Sunday to gain confidence going in to the playoffs? Every Charger and probably Coach is watching the MNF game now, … I hope our star starters are notably limited if some are not held out entirely, I think our backup defense can beat Russel to be honest.

I’d rather they have 30, 45, or 60 minutes less reps time over a full season than lose 2 or 3 off them the week before Wildcard weekend.

Eugene, OR gets some snow in the winter, not much. But it gets a hella bunch of rain and while it is not super cold, it's a lot colder than So Cal in the winter and is perpetually overcast. This is the environment that Herbert grew up playing in. Unless it's 20 below zero with raging winds, I believe Herbert can handle a little winter weather.

All so true. Find a Dan Fouts video. He as accurate and threw with touch. But didn't fit the ball into tight windows like Herbert's laser throws do.
