It was really poor coaching. And again, Staley needed a real DC -- and not try to be the end all be all.

I think they get a real DC with a real executable scheme and they play him in 2024. His cap hit to get rid of him is greater than the cap hit to keep him, its not a good year to ditch him when we have cap problems, and I believe Staley fucked him up and he can be fixed.“Less is more? I also think that being one of Staley's pet players enabled Derwin to do some of the dumb stuff we saw this year - no accountability. A good coaching staff and universal accountability will help him (I think).
