    Rib cartilage.

Broken index finger on throwing hand.
    Meanwhile, Trevor Lawrence played today.
    And Tua's gonna play.
You cannot make this stuff up.
    It's Charger Story Time.
Quality owners PAY for quality coaches and staff who build quality trenches and teams.

Please tell me that Herb won't take another snap all season. Please.

Not saying you're wrong, but it seems like a massive oversimplification.

In a strange way, as long as the finger is not a career thing - the best thing for the Chargers was actually finishing 6-11. So Herbert getting hurt will help the tank because he can't play
Now nobody wanted Herbert to get hurt but we also know Staley was going to keep putting him in positions where he can get hurt

But the Chargers need to the top 8 pick either to get elite talent or leverage for more picks

FIRE GM AND STALEYS ASS TODAY.
No need to dork around any more. This season is gone. Get going and back channel Harbaugh and any other targets. Get your feelers out and ducks in a row.
Prove that Chargers are not the chaotic dysfunctional laughingstock most people believe. Send the right message to fans and team. If anything, send the right message to your franchise QB that you are doing the right thing for the organization.
Quit being so cheap and run your business based on results.
Or trade Herbert and get some value before you completely de-value him, if ownership does not have the gonads to fo the above.
What a clusterscrew this franchise has become.
CLEAN THE FRIGGING HOUSE NOW. WAKE UP AND SMELL YOUR STENCH!!!

Absolutely missed the boat on Payton. Now Chargers have the pleasure of being torpedoed twice every year by Sean Payton

In a recent PFF/33rd Team round table, no one, including the opinionated former Eagles front office executive Joe Banner, had ANY answers re the Chargers.
                    ZERO.

5-12 would be better, except that I hate the Raiders.

the problems were not having a talented rookie draft pick or the like to come in after the inevitable loss of Corey Linsley.... it's amazing he held on as long as he did.
signing Trey Pipkins was an oversight, 'specially when you already had the likes of a Jamaree Salyer, and of whom you knew he wasn't playing LT this season.
personally missed it, as think one of the biggest problems we had/have is not moving AE after he said his peace.... good on him, and.... don't think it endeared the proper mindset for this team/locker room.
there were other decisions that didn't help, and.... thinkin' the above three were the key to our offense's downfall this season.... not on Kellen Moore, I don't think.

the remedy is a bruiser RB and a scatback to replace AE, a dependable OC, and make Pips your swing tackle next season.... bite the bullet w/his salary.
TE & WR are not the problem, and yes.... they can be upgraded, and.... first things first.... a running game and upgrade the Line.

on defense, really not too bad for the most part....
AJ needs to be replaced/upgraded, and would prolly move on from SJD and NW.... prolly need someone from the draft and someone from FA, and prolly call up Jerrod Clark from the ps.
and not sure we bring back Murray nor Kendricks, and prolly need to draft someone earlier than later there, and to bring in a vet hedge as well.
and know everyone wants to upgrade the defensive secondary, but personally don't think that's the problem, as yes.... they could stand an upgrade, and.... personally, am starting w/the Line/Front 7.

and all that said, there is still only one job one, and that's to bring in Harbaugh, and.... there is prolly even a little sumthin' to do before that, and that's for Dean to decide to sell.... the time has come.

bring in Harbaugh for 2024, and then sell 2025.... in theory, we could be in pretty good shape after two offseasons of work by Harbaugh, and his new GM and staff.
