And that is just the type of offense I wanna see our big armed gunslinger running for the majority of his career....love this shakeup...love this hire. Not shooing us in as SB favorites yet...but I definitely like the change of course for the offense. Got a feeling the QB/OC relationship is gonna be much better, also.
      Adopted Bolt: Kimani Vidal RB

Final prediction: Latham OT, Colson LB, Sainristil CB,Rice WR, Zinter OG, Nourzad OC, MacLachlan TE, Vidal RB, Lovett DT

This is from a 2023 playoff game:

          Offensive stats

          Total yards: 269
          Passing yards: 121
          Rushing avg per carry: 3.6

Is that a good offense? Great Offensive coordinator and play calling would you say?

wake up to this news, my initially reaction is:
This was a Spanos hiring, and not a Staley hiring.
            .
My assumption is that any major decision is collaborative. Maybe the press conference will give a clue on how this came about.

Good hire I guess. I wanted zach Robinson Kevin Sumlin. Joe Brady. I guess they liked him a lot. One interview and hired.

he’s a Quarterback. Has worked with Quarterbacks. Has experience with the job. Has had successful Quarterbacks. I guess they thought all the quarterback play was because of DAk and Mccarthey. We’ll see.

he was credited with a lot of the ineptness of the offense and reasons for mistakes dumb play. Like play calling.

has had high scoring offenses. Was a head coaching candidate for alot of teams so he must be a good offensive coordinator.

I think moving on from working with micromanaging stiffs/dinosaurs like McCarthy and Jones, to working with a younger, innovative Staley, is gonna unlock Moore's potential as a playcaller...I'm optimistic.

His resume is much better than Lombardi's was when Lombardi was hired.

Good that they were quick and decisive about it. Guy was out of a job for less than 24 hours.

If Jerry Jones is still the GM then as bad as it is Ill take TT.

Anyone else is probably a lot better.

As an FYI, in addition to Moore, the cowboys also let the following coaches go:

                        Rob Davis (Assistant Head Coach)
                        George Edwards (Senior Defensive Assistant)
                        Leon Lett (Assistant Defensive Line)
                        Skip Peete (Running Backs)
                        Joe Philbin (Offensive Line)
                        Kyle Valero (Quality Control Analytics)

                        McCarthy cleaning house.
