The Chargers didn't grant it, they granted him permission to try and work out a trade with someone. They won't give him away nor allow him to go somewhere where it will hurt their playoff chances so look for him to go to the NFC - my guess anyway.

Granting him permission means he's a goner. Going to the NFC does nothing for our PO chances. Besides some think he is a problem. So going to an AFC
team shouldn't be a problem, right?

He was a rookie coming off an injury that made him miss a lot of camp and took until well into the season to heal. I have no idea what he can, or can't do, when healthy and given reps. He is a completely different type of back than Ekeler.

We are also installing a new offense so it will be interesting to see what our new OC wants from his RB.

It's March 14th. I think there is plenty of time to figure that out. Still have a draft coming.

Lets not act like there are not different ways to run the football or that RBs are often replaced around the NFL

So you think we were 30th in rushing because of Eck? There are different ways of blocking. Running the football is the same,
you create holes and the RB goes there. How many times did we see our RBs getting hit behind or stuffed at the LOS?
Henry yards per carry 4.4. Eck 4.5. If Moore doesn't change our blocking schemes we won't see much improvement at
all, no matter who our RB is.

If Barkley signs his tender he'll get $10M, if he doesn't he'll get more in FA and the Giants will get compensated with a draft pick.
Jacobs as in the Raiders? They got rid of Carr for Jimmy G. If they let Jacobs go it's great for us. If we let Eck go it's bad for
us until he gets replaced. See the difference?
