They also play a hybrid with a leo LB which is a type of 3-4.
Mebane said he can play nose or DE in our scheme which opens the door for Carethers to step up at either slot as well.

I hope he's good and stays healthy. Two years ago, it looks like he missed half the games. But, other than that, it seems like he's been healthy most his career. We haven't had a good nose tackle for many years.
