I don't see how that makes sense.

I know you are infatuated with Dotson but I don't think he has a comparison. He is who he is and he isn't on Ekelers level as of yet.

So who exactly is Dotson a change of pace from?
    1. Mason Taylor TE LSU
    2. Quinshon Judkins RB Ohio st
    3. Kyle Kennard Edge So. Carolina

    4. CJ West DT Indiana
    5. Don'te Thornton WR Tennessee
    6. Zah Frazier CB UTSA
    6. Jarquez Hunter RB Auburn
    6. Jay Higgins LB Iowa
    6. Hunter Wohler S Wisconsin
    7. Carson Vinson OT Alabama

(Hope that makes sense...ahem...and my drinking days are over...)
Whoa, you entered the 4rh dimension. I need another shot.

I’m just messing with ya, it’s all good . I understood your post, it was a stretch but stretching before Game 1 is a good thing to do. Your hammies will be loose!

Dotson is compared to Ekeler, not a wildcat trick QB. He doesn’t change that pace, he backfills it if needed for a breather or more. Moore said he’s thinking of how to use all 4, we’ll see what that means on Sunday. Moore was also pretty quick to say firmly that Ekeler is THE DUDE.

which makes sense, Austin has earned it. And he’s really good.

I don’t know. The Cowboys had Turpin last season who is very, very similar to Davis in talent and size. And one of Cowboys’ fans gripes for not shedding a tear that Moore left is that he never found a way to gadget him into the offense. If Moore didn’t do that for Turpin I am not too sure he will do it for Dotson who might end up a good running back but does not have something that would make defenses pay attention if he came into the game.

Moore with no leash will confuse the crap outta defenses.

Allen + Williams + Palmer + Johnston + Everette + Eckler in the passing game threatening the head

Then a downhill rushing scheme with our o-line creating holes and our revamped RB rotation threatening the body.

You don't know where the haymaker or uppercut will come from until its too late.
Hmmm. We've had most of those haymakers and uppercut players for years. We shall see if this is the year your dream of the Chargers floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee comes true or not. Here's to hoping.

How about turning that corner and taking it to the house like he did vs. the Rams...

Every RB diced up the Rams in preseason though.
The Rams D gave up 109 points in 3 games.

He show some flashes running in the preseason and also showed suspect hands with his 2 dropped passes and the dropped pitch. He hasn't even played a snap in the NFL yet and while he has some upside it's awful early to be making comparisons to anyone yet. Unless he is a ST monster or there is an injury in front of him he isn't likely to get many touches if he is even active most games.

QJ also had some drops...not hearing much talk about him not having a bright future...both QJ and Dot are suffering from Newbie Nerves...

I don't see anyone slobbering over QJ either like you are with Dotson.

Q deserves a lot more slobber than Dot. I’m all good with the Dotdreams, it’s fun to find that rare coin on the beach. But hoisting him over our #1 pick is a pretty high climb.
