I have no idea either but the guy can fly. Kinda fun to watch even if you don't know what is going on.

Real championship caliber coaches always think outside the box. Low risk high reward move.

I can't predict one way or the other, it's pretty much a win-win scenario whatever they do.

          I read that somewhere too.
I believe that it's best to believe what you've seen. Trust what you saw them do in games (not highlight films). I've seen all three of these WR's play really well and the same for Bowers. In answer to me, one of our members said he read Bowers isn't a good blocker and Bowers, himself said he could improve his blocking. I doubt there's a player at this level that doen't think he can "improve". Guys that are this good have a constant drive to get better. As for a writer saying his blocking isn't good - I go back to what I saw with my own two eyes; could he be better? Sure. But I've watched him do a very decent job of blocking for two years. It's not often you can find a guy that can block well enough to help your running game and then make a great catch and run on the next play.

As for Nabors - he can get a bit mouthy sometimes, you can see it, but the kid can flat-out PLAY. He'd be a real asset to any team.

Odunze is another player I've seen quite a bit of and I say he's the real deal. He has good speed, good moves, good hands, and he's even a willing blocker.

MHJ can do it all and his Dad was a great guy, not just a great player, so I'm guessing he's also a good guy.

I don't think we can go wrong with any of the guys we've been discussing. I think it's up to the HC to decide which one will fit his plans best.

Sorry to disappoint you guys, but they were checking out 1rst round OTs and 4rth round receivers for Harbaugh.

I would personally be torn between these great weapons and Alt.
              Gonna keep thinking about it.
Roman wants opponents defenses to be "in conflict."
              Hmmm.
Oh and to answer your specific question, there are definitely OL I like for us in the early 100s.
I have no interest in Alt at #5 .... zero.

Taliese Fuaga at #11 ... I can get on board.

I am with you fully on that. If you pass on mega talents Nabers and Harrison to draft a tackle, it better bring in extra draft capital!

But yeah, during that 40 yard dash yesterday, he looked like he had the body of a running back. There’s a reason he broke a bunch of tackles and had massive YAC last year.

I still think MHJ as a true X is the best fit for us, but I will be ecstatic to have Nabers. As I’ve said, I think either would be the first receiver off the board in any draft since 2016 except for 2021.
I don't know which to take, i'm not lobbying for any guy, both are great and I'm not against trading down either.

But just looking at our WR room - isn't it filled with X-type but no Y-type quick slot guys? Why is a true X the best fit for LAC? I've seen that posted several times, wondering what people mean by that.

I think Odunze and Nabers are closer than people think.

The reason why Nabers gets separation is his elite explosion. Goes from 50% to 100% fast in mid field. His broad jump and vertical are elite.
                    This

Explosion >>> top end speed. Lots of "fast" 40 guys can't get open, lots of "slow" guys get open a lot. Nabers tape screams explosion imo.

Hmm, what I’ve seen has Palmer as the Y, QJ slot, and nobody X. Nobody. That seems more accurate to me, is it Liar’s Month at Chargers.com? 😎

I could be wrong and won't know for sure until we actually see the team at full strength, but I think the offense will be mostly in 2 TE sets. If they are running one TE then they might use a swing tackle or FB/HB. I think we will see predominately 2 WRs with one TE likely being the Y receiver. That's my intial thought and could be wrong. Won't know until we see the offense in action.
