Re "T of S', slogan, OK. I just said that 'cause the coach did. It was a brief example of the language frequently used. Hortiz, Harbaugh often emphasized OL improvement in conversation.
Andy Bischoff was in our faces speaking strongly about OL domination. Repeatedly and passionately.
I'm just a Chargers fan. Only notice other teams when we play them.
Marty used to talk OL. I don't recall much Chargers OL hype between then and now.

I like the ToS slogan, and I’m sure Harbaugh and Co said it. I was only saying that EVERY NFL coaching staff says some version of they want to win the LOS. There are not many coaches that get to the NFL level that don’t know that if you lose the LOS, you’re gonna lose games.

Staley specifically said “we’re gonna be a ‘line of scrimmage team’” when he first was hired and many times after. I never heard him say we’ll play “modern football”, I heard TPB say that over and over. Maybe BS did and I missed it, don’t matter now. And of course, more importantly, his team never was a LOS team in any way on either side of the ball.

I'll stick with the part where I believe Harbaugh & co have spoken more enthusiastically and pointedly about a strong OL than any Chargers HC since Marty.
