There are about 11 or 12 OT guys that can do the job and a couple will be there when we pick @37.

However there will be no MH2 or Nabers in round 2.

There are good WR prospects but the fall off from the top 3 is much greater than the fall off at OT. We need a WR1 or TE1. We have
perhaps the QB with the strongest arm in the NFL.

Which would you rather have Edwards and a cloud of dust or Herbert to MH2?
Sorry they are comparing him to Eric Fisher so yes he is good . Maybe not generational but will be a fixture for years.

WR is too boom and bust. There are charts that show this. They go w the safe play vs the WR gamble flyer sorry. Many good WRs in this draft and will get someone good at the top of round 2 or bring in Chark
Take the safe play vs the gamble. Rather have Edwards vs a sack and cloud of dust in the backfield. A WR is one play away from getting mangled on that rubber crap grass too like KA and MW did keep that in mind always.

I think this is why they might want to trade down. Get the solid OT at 11 - of which there are a plethora. If Bowers or Odunze somehow get to 11 -so be it. And than come back with extra picks. Building a roster

Been saying at least a dozen OTs in this draft can upgrade Pip, easy. Same page.

That graph isn't a fair comparison. It shows C as being the least likely to bust for guys taken in RD1.
Question: How many Cs get taken in round 1?

It shows QBs bust at a high rate. QB is the hardest and most important position to play in the NFL. Teams
throw out the value chart when they trade for a QB. Teams are willing to take a chance for that reason.

Lots or WRs get taken in RD1 compared to a C. They bust for lots of reasons. Turns out a WR is highly
depended on a QB and the O line. We have pretty good QB. The O line can be upgraded, but it takes 5 guys.
One ROT is not going to solve all the issues we have on offense. If Herbert doesn't have good targets we're
not going to have much of a passing game either.

MH2 is considered a generational WR. Nabers isn't far behind. QJ may not even get drafted in RD2 this year.
That's how big the difference is.

Matlock has the sort of mohawk cut. Jaimes also has red hair and was snapping.

Nice to see Hardwick snapping the ball. Warms the heart. And Harbaugh in there taking snaps.

Some players appear absent but who knows if they just didn't get the picture taken or had some other thing going on. There is an old saying, those not fired with enthusiasm soon will be....

I didn't see Bosa or Mack. Granted, not sure Bosa has ever been at offseason workouts. He has money guaranteed so I don't think they will release him. Granted, the Chargers have already paid him $7m so only owed $8m (Niners do you want a Bosa Brother for a couple draft picks at only $8m )

Mohawk cut was the one who I thought was Matlock - maybe Ben Herbert already working dividends in the weight room with Scott.

Somebody noticed DJ wearing a headset. Speculation is that he's Minter's green dot this year.

Interesting. I thought a concern was he had too much on his plate? Maybe just playing one position plus green dot works, we’ll see.

Staley gave him the dot and took it away. It wasn't working out well but that was Staley. Very little went as planned for Staley. I suspect Minter has some different concepts to try out. This doesn't appear to make DJ's job any easier but maybe they can make it work together. Still a lot of time.
