Dude's unemployed. He does have some value. Heck, if Chad Alexander (being interviewed by Jags) gets hired away, maybe TT could be a viable consideration (not necessarily a hire at that position, but a consideration/interview.) Interviews can help your team gather information and knowledge. If you're character is to improve yourself, you will find a way to improve - Maybe he's learned from his mishaps as a GM and be a Solid "Robin" to "Batman" Hortiz (or at least a "Batgirl" since Harbaugh says Hortiz and him are interchangeable "Batman n Robin.")
