The biggest pure need left IMO is Edge and I hope we get one in the first round. TE, WR, RB and corner can all be improved via the draft through BPA means.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I think Hortiz blew this offseason a little bit.
We're going to have a ton of cap space leftover and I still don't feel confident about any of the weapons on this team. The DL needs to add and we are counting on repeat performances from our 2nd year CBs.
Right now this team needs a player of day 1 or day 2 quality at:
WR, RB, TE, DT, DE
We have 3 picks and we need all of them to hit or be as fortunate with our later round picks as we were last year.
I think the signings we've made have allowed us to not need to use a first round pick on several of those positions, but it doesn't mean the unit is ready to compete.
I'd feel a lot better if this team had signed Adams instead of Williams, Poona instead of Hand, and brought back JK. Chargers would still have money left and would be in a much better place at WR, RB, and DT without being hamstrung too far in the future.

Once we know how all that looks? Let the hand wringing begin! lol

Just use the 3rd and the Comp pick 6th to move up to get Loveland
No thanks to Pitts.

Losing Poona with our cap and what he signed for isnt ideal.
I like Mike Williams as much as the next guy, but those celebrating like our X is totally solved are projecting and hoping a fair bit to what Mike will be in 2025.
Hortiz is not wasting money or term which is great, he has filled some holes with some solid guys...but to take the next step and compete with the big boys of the AFC the Chargers need some difference makers not just ok solid guys.
Hopefully we get 2 or 3 impact players in the draft.
