An all pro center will not help this team if Roman returns.

Did you not hear the Patriots LB Spillane say Charger players told him after the game they had no clue what NE was doing?

Of course we need a new Center. It’s been repeated by every single poster after every game this season, but that’s not the #1 reason this offense stinks.

I think Harbaugh needs to find a QB coach that was a former QB. See if Tannehill, Orlovsky or Daniels would be interested in being a QB coach. I’m over Day, too buddy buddy.

Won’t help unless that QB coach is calling the plays too.

I do think a new OC will help - has too. I mean, all things equal, if the Chargers had a better OL even with the terrible OC, the offense would have been better.

That said, its just not the OLine that needs to be replaced so I hope Harbaugh, and Hortiz plus Dean and John don't use that as a crutch.

Sophomore slump, foot (?) injury late in the year, Roman, etc.

Get a creative offensive mind in here and Ladd will be a weapon again. I think with a new OC there's a real possibility we will be saying "wow, didn't know ____ had so much talent" about a lot of guys next year.

I don't think its a Ladd slump. I think DCs studied his 2024 Chargers tape and Gro never does anything different or surprising so now they know how to defend him. Once we get our new OC - he will magically surge again.
